6月20日,省旅投集(ji)(ji)團召開(kai)黨(dang)委(擴大)會議(yi)暨(ji)黨(dang)委理論(lun)中心組專(zhuan)題(ti)學(xue)習會議(yi),傳(chuan)達學(xue)習省委十(shi)二(er)屆(jie)七次全會精神,研究集(ji)(ji)團貫徹落實(shi)舉措。集(ji)(ji)團黨(dang)委書記、董事長游勇主持會議(yi)并(bing)講話。
會上,集團領導班子成員圍繞“學習貫徹省委十二屆七次全會精神”主題,結合分管領域工作談貫徹落實舉措及工作打算。
會議指出
這(zhe)次(ci)全(quan)(quan)(quan)會是(shi)省(sheng)(sheng)委貫(guan)徹習近(jin)平(ping)總書記重(zhong)要指示精(jing)神和(he)黨中(zhong)央決策部署(shu)的(de)自(zi)覺行動,是(shi)在(zai)全(quan)(quan)(quan)省(sheng)(sheng)上下奮力推(tui)進(jin)(jin)(jin)現(xian)代化(hua)(hua)四(si)(si)川(chuan)(chuan)建設的(de)關(guan)鍵(jian)時(shi)(shi)期,召開的(de)一次(ci)事(shi)關(guan)四(si)(si)川(chuan)(chuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)旅(lv)(lv)發展全(quan)(quan)(quan)局和(he)長遠的(de)重(zhong)要會議,這(zhe)次(ci)全(quan)(quan)(quan)會對我省(sheng)(sheng)推(tui)進(jin)(jin)(jin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)和(he)旅(lv)(lv)游(you)(you)深度融(rong)(rong)合(he)發展、做(zuo)(zuo)大(da)做(zuo)(zuo)強(qiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)旅(lv)(lv)游(you)(you)業,具有重(zhong)大(da)而深遠的(de)意義。全(quan)(quan)(quan)會審(shen)議通過的(de)《中(zhong)共四(si)(si)川(chuan)(chuan)省(sheng)(sheng)委關(guan)于(yu)推(tui)進(jin)(jin)(jin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)和(he)旅(lv)(lv)游(you)(you)深度融(rong)(rong)合(he)發展、做(zuo)(zuo)大(da)做(zuo)(zuo)強(qiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)旅(lv)(lv)游(you)(you)業的(de)決定(ding)》,是(shi)推(tui)動四(si)(si)川(chuan)(chuan)由文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)旅(lv)(lv)資(zi)源大(da)省(sheng)(sheng)向文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)旅(lv)(lv)經濟強(qiang)省(sheng)(sheng)跨越的(de)綱(gang)領性文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)件,明(ming)確了新時(shi)(shi)代新征程四(si)(si)川(chuan)(chuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)旅(lv)(lv)發展的(de)根(gen)本遵循(xun)和(he)行動指南。
會議強調
集團上下(xia)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)把(ba)學(xue)習傳達省委全會(hui)精(jing)神(shen)作(zuo)為當(dang)前和今(jin)后一(yi)個(ge)時(shi)期的重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)政(zheng)治任務,率先(xian)學(xue)習領會(hui)、率先(xian)貫徹落實(shi)(shi),堅持學(xue)貫一(yi)體(ti),勇當(dang)全省文旅(lv)(lv)深度(du)融合發展的主力軍和排頭兵。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)在全集團組織開展“文旅(lv)(lv)大發展,旅(lv)(lv)投(tou)怎(zen)么干、我要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)怎(zen)么做”大討論(lun)活動,引導全員學(xue)習討論(lun)、建言獻策(ce)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)精(jing)心策(ce)劃(hua)宣傳方(fang)案,利用集團各類宣傳陣(zhen)地,全方(fang)位、多(duo)角度(du)宣傳解(jie)讀全會(hui)精(jing)神(shen),設立學(xue)習專欄,及時(shi)刊登學(xue)習心得(de),報道集團上下(xia)學(xue)習貫徹的動態(tai)和成效,彰顯旅(lv)(lv)投(tou)擔當(dang),講好旅(lv)(lv)投(tou)故事,營造濃厚(hou)氛(fen)圍。各部(bu)門、各子公司要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)將學(xue)習成果(guo)轉化為清(qing)晰的工作(zuo)思(si)路和扎實(shi)(shi)舉措(cuo),大膽(dan)探索、先(xian)行(xing)先(xian)試,爭取在重(zhong)點工作(zuo)和關(guan)鍵環節(jie)率先(xian)實(shi)(shi)現突破。

一要(yao)抓(zhua)好(hao)精品(pin)建設,打(da)造(zao)(zao)集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)旅(lv)新地標,助力四川(chuan)(chuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)旅(lv)品(pin)牌(pai)叫得更(geng)響、擦得更(geng)亮。主動參(can)與世界旅(lv)游(you)(you)(you)名城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)、世界級(ji)旅(lv)游(you)(you)(you)風景道、高等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)級(ji)旅(lv)游(you)(you)(you)景區(qu)(qu)(qu)和度(du)假區(qu)(qu)(qu)等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)建設,啟動集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)旗下(xia)牛背山、亞拉雪山等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)景區(qu)(qu)(qu)深(shen)度(du)升級(ji)計劃,深(shen)化高標準規劃,爭創4A、5A級(ji)旅(lv)游(you)(you)(you)景區(qu)(qu)(qu);推(tui)動達瓦更(geng)扎、天府花溪(xi)谷(gu)、金龍長(chang)城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)景區(qu)(qu)(qu)旅(lv)游(you)(you)(you)產品(pin)業態升級(ji),提(ti)升景區(qu)(qu)(qu)知名度(du)。挖掘(jue)瀘(lu)定橋、彝海結盟、孟獲城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)景區(qu)(qu)(qu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化內(nei)涵,打(da)造(zao)(zao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)旅(lv)融合(he)(he)新標桿;深(shen)化與涼山州交流合(he)(he)作,引入國際化頂尖團(tuan)(tuan)隊進行(xing)策劃,著力將(jiang)瀘(lu)沽湖打(da)造(zao)(zao)成(cheng)為世界級(ji)四川(chuan)(chuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)旅(lv)地標,同步推(tui)動與其他市州“1+N”合(he)(he)作,聯合(he)(he)打(da)造(zao)(zao)高能(neng)級(ji)景區(qu)(qu)(qu)項目(mu)。通過加快(kuai)酒(jiu)店(dian)(dian)品(pin)牌(pai)打(da)造(zao)(zao)和培(pei)塑,盡快(kuai)形成(cheng)安逸(yi)酒(jiu)店(dian)(dian)集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)標準體系,快(kuai)速搶占省內(nei)酒(jiu)店(dian)(dian)市場,布局落(luo)地全省重(zhong)要(yao)旅(lv)游(you)(you)(you)城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)市及重(zhong)點景區(qu)(qu)(qu),樹立四川(chuan)(chuan)酒(jiu)店(dian)(dian)品(pin)牌(pai)。

三要優化完(wan)(wan)善服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)設(she)施(shi)標(biao)準,提(ti)升四川(chuan)文旅(lv)(lv)(lv)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)品質。推動(dong)酒店旅(lv)(lv)(lv)游(you)(you)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)設(she)施(shi)更新(xin),完(wan)(wan)善旅(lv)(lv)(lv)游(you)(you)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)標(biao)準,提(ti)升四川(chuan)旅(lv)(lv)(lv)游(you)(you)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)口碑(bei)。升級旅(lv)(lv)(lv)行社經營(ying)模式,堅決(jue)防(fang)范(fan)好風險,建立專業(ye)、高效的旅(lv)(lv)(lv)行服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)團隊,積(ji)極推動(dong)入川(chuan)入境(jing)游(you)(you)。要加快構建全品類物業(ye)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)體系(xi),打造(zao)全省公(gong)共物業(ye)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)高品質標(biao)桿。
四要(yao)優(you)化完(wan)善機制體(ti)制,全力推動重點領域改革(ge)(ge)。聚焦省委、省政府部署推動的重大改革(ge)(ge)事項,推動改革(ge)(ge)和經營兩(liang)手抓、兩(liang)不誤,確保改革(ge)(ge)任務高效完(wan)成。一是(shi)推動省屬(shu)國企(qi)旅游資產整合(he),同步實(shi)施集(ji)團(tuan)內部專(zhuan)業化整合(he),優(you)化集(ji)團(tuan)總(zong)部職能(neng)(neng)架構,強(qiang)化集(ji)團(tuan)產業拓展能(neng)(neng)力,增(zeng)強(qiang)集(ji)團(tuan)總(zong)部整體(ti)管控(kong)能(neng)(neng)力。二是(shi)深化土地作價出資,按期完(wan)成錦(jin)弘(hong)集(ji)團(tuan)土地作價出資工(gong)作,統籌(chou)做好資產盤活,提升資產價值(zhi)。三是(shi)完(wan)成國企(qi)改革(ge)(ge)任務,加強(qiang)與上(shang)級單位溝通(tong)對接,明確國企(qi)改革(ge)(ge)任務具(ju)體(ti)考核(he)指標,按期高質量(liang)完(wan)成全部改革(ge)(ge)任務。
